7-Day Money Back Guarantee: All students who purchase the 21 Day Cyber Course are eligible for a full refund of their course fee within 7 calendar days from the date of their initial purchase.
Refund Request Procedure: To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to the student support portal using your credentials.
- Within the portal, submit a support ticket and select the "7 Day Refund Request" option.
- Provide a reason for your refund request and submit the ticket.
- After the ticket is submitted your refund request will be processed within 24-72 Business Hours.
Timeframe for Refund Request: You must submit your refund request within 7 calendar days from the date of your initial purchase. The date of purchase is considered Day 1, even if you purchase in the evening. For example, if you purchase the course on July 1st, your refund request must be made by the end of the day on July 8th (7 Days Later).
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The Wireshark, Linux, PowerShell, and Splunk courses are released during the first 9 days of the program. These lessons are designed to give you enough hands-on instruction to decide whether the 21 Day Cyber Course is the right fit for you.
No refunds will be issued for any reason after Day 7, including but not limited to financial hardship, changes in personal circumstances, or unforeseen situations.
The flagship SOC Incident Response Training begins on Day 10 of the curriculum. Once a student accesses or views any portion of the SOC Incident Response module (available starting on Day 10), they are considered a fully committed student and no refund will be issued. Viewing any part, even one second, of the SOC Incident Response Training constitutes full acceptance of the program and waives eligibility for a refund.
In the rare case that a student becomes genuinely confused or loses track of the initial 7-day period, a one-day grace period may be granted at the sole discretion of Rob Cyber Academy. This policy is designed to give students an extra day in case they lose track of their refund window, while also eliminating the possibility of students accessing the SOC Incident Response Course and then requesting a refund.
If you request a refund on or before Day 7 (or within the approved one-day grace period), you will not receive access to any additional training content released after that point.
Refund Processing: Once we receive your refund request and verify your eligibility, we will process your refund promptly. Please note that it may take some time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must adhere to the stated timeframes, and your refund request must meet the criteria of this policy. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with the terms outlined herein.
