ROB CYBER LLC ("Company," "Rob Cyber Academy," "we," "us," or "our") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and safeguard information when you visit robcyber.com, enroll in our online courses, access our student portals, or otherwise use our websites, programs, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to both website visitors and enrolled students and operates in conjunction with the ROB CYBER LLC Online Course Agreement.

  1. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, billing information (processed by third-party payment processors), account credentials, support communications, and information submitted through forms, surveys, community platforms, or course enrollment.

We may also automatically collect non-personal and technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, access times, pages viewed, course progress, platform interactions, and usage data through cookies or similar tracking technologies. In connection with our educational services, we may collect enrollment status, course completion data, lab or virtual machine usage metadata, and community participation records.

  1. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our website and platforms, enhance user experience, remember preferences, analyze traffic, monitor performance, and improve content and services. You may manage or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, doing so may limit certain functionality. Additional information regarding cookies may be provided at robcyber.com/cookies.

Do Not Track: Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals to websites. Because there is currently no industry standard for responding to such signals, our Services do not alter data collection or use practices in response to Do Not Track signals. We will continue to monitor developments in this area and update our practices if a standard emerges.

These providers may include learning management systems (such as Kajabi), payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal), email and communication platforms, analytics services, hosting and infrastructure providers, and support or form tools.

These third parties are authorized to use your information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are required to maintain reasonable security measures. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

  1. Legal Compliance and Business Transfers

We may disclose personal information when required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, subpoenas, court orders, or lawful law enforcement requests, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, or integrity of ROB CYBER LLC, our users, or others. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction. If such a transfer occurs, we will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

  1. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. General retention guidelines are as follows:

  • Account and enrollment data: Retained for the duration of your active enrollment and for up to three (3) years following account closure or the end of the customer relationship, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

We may retain personal information for longer periods where required by applicable law, regulatory requirements, or to defend against legal claims.

  1. Data Security

ROB CYBER LLC implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include access controls, encrypted transmission protocols, and vendor security requirements. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach or security incident that results in unauthorized access to or disclosure of your personal information, ROB CYBER LLC will notify affected individuals and applicable regulatory authorities as required by applicable law. Notification will be provided within the timeframe required by the relevant jurisdiction, and will include the nature of the incident, the type of information involved, and steps being taken to address the breach.
