3.5  Submissions & Contributions: Any questions, comments, suggestions, feedback, or other information you send us ("Submissions") become our sole property and we may use them for any lawful purpose without acknowledgment or compensation to you. If the Services allow you to post or share content ("Contributions"), you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and exploit your Contributions for any purpose. 1. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES & CONTENT

8.1  The Services may contain links to third-party websites or content. Such third-party websites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Inclusion of any link does not imply our endorsement of that website.

8.2  Your access to and use of any third-party websites is entirely at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.

  1. THIRD-PARTY REFERENCES & INDEPENDENCE DISCLAIMER

9.1  Rob Cyber Academy is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially partnered with CompTIA, Microsoft, Splunk, CrowdStrike, or any other third-party company, certification provider, software vendor, or security organization mentioned on this website or inside the 21 DAY CYBER course.

9.2  The 21 DAY CYBER course may reference third-party tools, platforms, certifications, companies, trademarks, or logos — including but not limited to CompTIA, Microsoft, Splunk, and CrowdStrike — for educational and informational purposes only.

9.3  All product names, company names, logos, trademarks, and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names or logos does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or certification by the respective owners.

9.4  ROB CYBER, LLC may display third-party logos on robcyber.com for informational purposes only under the principles of "Fair Use." This does not constitute an endorsement or claim of affiliation.

  1. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT (DMCA)

10.1  We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material on the Services infringes your copyright or trademark, please send a written notice to support@robcyber.com including:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright or trademark owner or authorized representative.
  • A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim has been infringed.
  • A description of where the infringing material is located on the Services.
  • Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

10.2  Please be advised that you may be held liable for damages if you make material misrepresentations in a copyright or trademark infringement notice.

  1. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

11.1  We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (a) monitor the Services for violations of these Terms; (b) take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Terms; (c) restrict, limit, or disable access to any Contributions; and (d) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and ensure proper functioning.

  1. PRIVACY POLICY

12.1  We care about your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy at robcyber.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12.2  The Services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12.3  We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information without parental consent, we will delete that information promptly.

  1. INCOME & JOB PLACEMENT DISCLAIMERS

13.1  Past performance does not guarantee future results. Every student is responsible for their own career success.

13.2  JOB PLACEMENT: The 21 DAY CYBER course is not a job placement service and enrollment should not be viewed as a guaranteed path to employment. We make no promises or guarantees regarding job offers, salaries, interviews, or hiring outcomes. Career success depends on factors including your effort, consistency, prior experience, location, market conditions, and employer requirements — all of which are outside our control.

13.3  Completing the 21 DAY CYBER course alone does not qualify you for cybersecurity employment. Additional qualifications — including industry certifications and relevant IT experience — are generally required. Some students who complete the program may still face challenges securing employment. Results vary and each student assumes full responsibility for their own career outcomes.

TRANSLATION: The 21 DAY CYBER course by itself will not get you a job. You will need additional qualifications beyond the course — including industry certifications and IT experience — to become qualified for cybersecurity roles. Many students who enroll do not receive job offers because they do not obtain all required qualifications. In some cases, even qualified students face a challenging job market. Your success depends on your own commitment and completion of the required steps, and every student must accept this risk when pursuing a career in cybersecurity.

13.4  EARNINGS: The 21 DAY CYBER course references a potential earning figure of $100,000 per year. This is an approximation, not a guarantee. Entry-level cybersecurity salaries typically range from $70,000 to $80,000 per year and vary based on location, experience, certifications, employer, and market conditions. The $100,000 figure falls below the median annual wage of $125,000 for Information Security Analysts reported by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), Occupational Outlook Handbook (2024). Multiple students have achieved salaries of $100,000 or more, but these outcomes are not typical or guaranteed.

TRANSLATION: If the median salary for Information Security Analysts is $125,000 per year according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, then promoting an earning potential of $100,000 per year is not false advertising — it is a conservative benchmark. Your actual salary will depend on your qualifications, effort, location, and the job market at the time you apply. We cannot guarantee that you will earn any specific income as a result of completing this course.

13.5  TESTIMONIALS & REVIEWS: Any testimonials, success stories, or reviews displayed on our website or social media are individual experiences and are not guaranteed outcomes. Results shared by other students do not imply that you will achieve the same or similar results. All testimonials reflect real experiences but are not typical and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of any specific outcome.

13.6  For our full Income & Job Placement Disclaimers, please visit robcyber.com/disclaimer.

  1. LEGAL DISCLAIMER — NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

14.1  All information provided through the Services — including course content, instructor interactions, customer support communications, and any social media groups or chats — is for educational and informational purposes only and shall not be construed as professional, legal, financial, or career advice.

14.2  Completion of the 21 DAY CYBER course does not guarantee that you will pass any third-party certification exam. Certification outcomes depend entirely on your individual preparation and effort.

  1. AFFILIATE MARKETING & ADVERTISING

15.1  Rob Cyber Academy participates in affiliate marketing and may receive a commission on sales made through the Services or Website. We may also accept advertising or sponsorships from third parties. This disclosure complies with US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and advertising.

  1. ACCESSIBILITY

16.1  ROB CYBER, LLC is committed to making its website and Services accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards where reasonably practicable. If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our Services due to a disability, please contact us at support@robcyber.com.

  1. TERM & TERMINATION

17.1  These Terms remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access to, suspend, or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms or applicable law.

17.2  If your account is terminated for any reason, you are prohibited from creating a new account under any name without our prior written permission. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

18.1  The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of data.

18.2  We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

19.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ROB CYBER, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.

19.2  Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

20.1  You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ROB CYBER, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any harmful conduct toward another user of the Services.

  1. MODIFICATIONS & INTERRUPTIONS

21.1  We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove any content or features of the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

21.2  We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. We have no liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by your inability to access the Services during any downtime.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

22.1  ROB CYBER, LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, government actions, fire, flood, natural disasters, power failures, telecommunication failures, pandemics or epidemics, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

  1. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

23.1  These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

23.2  If a dispute arises between you and ROB CYBER, LLC, we ask that you first contact us at support@robcyber.com with the subject line "Dispute Notice" so that we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. We will make a good faith effort to resolve any dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

23.3  If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree that any legal action, claim, or proceeding — including small claims court — must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. Both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts. Where permitted by applicable law or court rules, either party may attend hearings or proceedings remotely by phone or video conference.

23.4  You and ROB CYBER, LLC agree that any claims must be brought individually. Neither party may participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against the other.

23.5  The maximum damages either party may recover in any dispute shall not exceed the total enrollment fees paid by the student to ROB CYBER, LLC. A refund of enrollment fees, where applicable, represents the sole and exclusive remedy available to the student.

  1. SANCTIONS COMPLIANCE

24.1  You agree to comply with all applicable trade, economic, and financial laws and regulations, including those administered by the United States, the European Union, the United Nations Security Council, and any other relevant government authorities (collectively, "Sanctions").

24.2  You confirm that you are not located in, a resident or national of, or organized under the laws of any country or territory subject to export embargoes or Sanctions. You also confirm that you are not listed on any government Sanctions list.

24.3  You may not use the Services if you are located in or a national of any of the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Belarus, Syria, or any other country subject to comprehensive US sanctions.

24.4  You must notify us immediately at support@robcyber.com if any of the above statements become untrue. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you are found to be in violation of this section.

  1. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS & SIGNATURES

25.1  By using the Services, sending us emails, or completing online forms, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

25.2  You agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, and records, and waive any requirement under applicable law for original signatures or non-electronic records.

  1. USER DATA

26.1  We maintain certain data you transmit to the Services for operational purposes. Although we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for all data you transmit or generate through your use of the Services. We have no liability for any loss or corruption of such data, and you waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption.

  1. GENERAL

27.1  ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy at robcyber.com/privacy-policy, Refund Policy at robcyber.com/refund-policy, and Online Course Agreement at robcyber.com/courseagreement (for enrolled students), constitute the entire agreement between you and ROB CYBER, LLC regarding the Services.

27.2  SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

27.3  WAIVER: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made explicitly in writing.

27.4  CORRECTIONS: We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Services at any time without prior notice.

27.5  There is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms or your use of the Services.
